ME wont' load. Explorer caused error...

I was unistalling some programs from my ME machine to clear up space, and I unistalled internet explorer in an vain attempt to find out what was causing a "marketscore.com" configuration for the internet lan options. But I ended up just unistalling it to the previousu version, 5. something... Then it said I had to restart so I did, and when it loaded up again. It said "Explorer has caused an error in Shell32.dll. Explorer will now close." My computer can't load now. It just shows the backgroud. I can't go to safe mode. It says the same error, and then just that backgroud... Anyone knwo what to do? Please tell me if you do!
