McAfee.com Helper App Dialog NUISANCE

    "Difficulty loading 'McAfee.com Helper App Dialog' " - - - or some such rot pops up when my Mother re-boots her computer. Not at her house now so don't remember exact wording.

    Although she once had a McAfee product installed on her computer, I have attempted to delete ALL traces, even going into the registry. Yet the blasted dialogue box/prompt always reappears.

    Any hlep?

    Unfortunately, as mentioned in my post, I am not there to read the exact wording. HOWEVER, all the words in the title of this post (save "NUISANCE ") are there:
    McAfee.com Helper Application Dialog NUISANCE

    Just not sure in what order.
