margins

When printing an email message there is no space on the left margin. Maybe enough room for one letter. Until recently I had 1/2 to 3/4 inch left margin. I have an Epson Stylus Color 800 printer, and am using Outlook Express, version 5.50. Documents from other programs print O.K.

I'm not aware of having changed any settings, but could have. Any suggestions?

On your Printer Properties "Main" Tab, check and see that the Mode is set to "Auto ".

O.K. try this: In Internet Explorer, Click on File/Page Setup, and let me know what numbers are in "Margins (inches) ".

OE uses the Internet Explorer print engine, so you have to configure IE for printing before you print in OE. To do that, open Internet Explorer and click File | Page Setup.
