Manual Outlook express reinstall--Now Spam for everything?

OE6 messed up after removing MSM----had to have microsoft teck walk me through a manual reinstall ---now OE marks all incomming mail as ***SPAM***. I have added old email addresses to my address book and set message rules for what is spam , but even with message rules , messages marked as spam still come to my inbox , and people who's address's that are in my address book still get marked as ***SPAM***, nothing changes and this is not how OE6 worked on this puter a few weeks ago ----Using XP Home . Am I missing something simple or is this a tipical microsoft quirk that just happens ?

I'll go back into my ISP's mail page and check that out , but I've had it for a year now and never had this problem before -----Thanks tho ---I'll reply back and let ya know whats up .
