Making programs close after a certain amount of time

    Hi, is there anyway of making programs (specifically internet explorer but other as well) close automatically after a certain amount of time (IE. 1 hour)

    Have a look at here for one solution.
    And here's another, page down to the last two responses. You'll apparently have to write some code to do what you want.

    unfortunately link off the first one denied me access to the programs and the second one made no sense to my i didn't know the language of the module

    Couldn't find an answer consisting of a ready made procedure; this MS page illustrates what's involved. Not for non-programmers. :(
