Make shotrcut to "offer remote assistance"?

    Hello

    We use remote assistance to connect to users pc's and observe or interact when they have problems. Currently we have had to find 'offer remote assistance' in the Help file on our admin pc's and then add it to Favorites within Help so that we can access it quickly. The thing that is defeating us though is that we can't find a way of making a desktop shortcut to this feature. Can anyone help?
