How to mail merge a data base for Labels

I have used MS Publisher 2000 on regular bases since it first came out. (Maybe that is my problem).

I now have installed MS Publisher 2007 and can’t make labels. I have read everything I can find on the subject "Create a Mailing Listâ€, "Create a Mail Merge" etc. I can’t find instructions that pertain specifically to Creating Labels.

I am using a data base that came with "MS Worksâ€. The data base opens but so far all I can do is print a full page of the first name on the data base. I have examined all the different possibilities that I could find.

My data base contains 116 names with addresses and is intended to print these out on 4 pages of 30 labels per page (Avery 5160 size)

I have been making these labels for a newsletter for 7 years.

Obviously I am doing something wrong.

Any help will be appreciated. The new instillation removed my old MS Publisher 2000 and I have a newsletter to get out. Please help me if you can.

I found my own problem. It's a language thing. I failed to notice that "page" was referring to a single name and address label. Thirty pages means 30 different address labels.
