Hello: so I don't have to mess with MBR or 1st sector HD, is there a way to make an xp boot floppy allowing me to choose between 2 XPpros on different drives? Both are NTFS. I tried modifying the boot.ini on the older setup, but something isn't configured right, if I try to boot from the second drive, error occurs. When I installed, I disconnected the cable from the old drive, so both drives think, on their own, that they are drive (0). A floppy allowing dual-boot would be fine, since I'm planning to ditch the old drive eventually. Thanks.

Try this one. Download and run to create a selectable dual boot floppy. I've never tested it but in theory it should work - let me know.

ps. It is configured such that XP OS is located in the Windows Directory. If yours is elsewhere, edit accordingly or post back and I'll make the changes for you.

Great! I made that for my own use but have never got to test it fully. Thanks for the report. I'll keep it on there for others to use now that it's proven its worth.
