Mailwasher Filters and OE Rules

    Merry Christmas to all.

    I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I have set filters in mailwasher and Rules in OE

    Filter # 1 in Mailwasher coincides with Rule #1 in OE.

    I have them set for specific words in "Subject Line and message body "

    I checked the box "Do not download from the server" but they are still coming in Mailwasher and in OE.

    Why not join the forum

    Why don't you become a member of the forum and post your problem you may get a reply that helps or email the support at firetrust for a solution ?
