Suddenly it requires me to sign up typing in User name and Password each time. Each Mail Provider has no provision to save this information. Thanks.

Thanks for response. E-mail clients are Virginmedia.com and Mail.com.

What did Virginmedia tell you when you called them?

Mr Bill, Virgin Phone 150 Help, simply gave me the run around for the past few weeks. A letter to Vigirmdia complaints Swansea, has so far produced zero response.

Miracle, WLM appears now to work in receiving Mail, but after a few minutes, a caption is displayed "Your server has unexpectedly disconnected the connection ..........." then further notice "Please enter your user name and password" Password [oooooooooo] (completely filled in ". [x] Remember Password. No matter how often you click [ok] makes no difference. At least for the moment the "Authentication" not given by Virginmedia is not present.
The other matter of using Browser for E-mail in that of Virginmedia.com and Email-mail.com now requires me to fill in both Username and Password to access Mail, as previously required me only to type the first two letters of my Username.

I have read your suggestion, and in this case reference to Outlook has no significance to my problem. Regarding mail.com, it is not really a major problem, rather inconvenience in having to type in required details each time mail is checked.

I use Windows 7 IE11. I notice that all sites ie WindowsBBS now require me to insert User name and Password each time that I log-in. Mail.com Help relates to only Windows 8. I can not find any help on Auto log-in, in mail.com. It certainly keeps referring to update to their premium version, which to me is more for businesses than the casual user as in my case.

Passwords are stored in Cookies on your computer.... If you are running any type of cleaner software it is probably clearing your cookies out.

It must be CCleaner Pro or MSE. Thanks.
