Please do not tag onto an existing thread even though the problem may appear to be the same and especially not when the thread is marked as Resolved.

Your post moved to a new thread.

    No problem :)

You should always start a new thread for your specific problem even though it may appear to be the same as that in an existing thread. This avoids confusion in the original thread and a situation in which it is unclear to whom a response is directed. In addition many readers will pass over the thread having read the title so the exposure of your problem is severely reduced.

Equally well a thread that is marked as' Resolved' will only attract members interested in that specific problem. A Resolved thread should be regarded as a Closed thread, but we do not close Resolved threads immediately so that the OP has the chance remove the Resolved status if the problem returns.

The bottom line is - always post your problem/query in a new thread, regardless of the fact that it may appear to be the same as that in an existing thread.
