Resolved Macrium reflect & CRC Error

Hi all.
I tried to do a backup with Macrium reflect from within windows 7 and I get an error and it will not finish. So I tried to do this by booting with the Macrium recue CD, same thing. It only says CRC error. After that I used windows backup and got some better info:
“ Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Contacts\svenst.com\15.5\Failed\1CEE2F472DA531F\LogFiles\edb.log. ErrorData error (cyclic redundancy check). (0x80070017))”

I looked for that folder and found 15.5, but there was no file in it.
I am stuck. What can I do to get a backup that I can use?

I ran chkdsk and it found a bad cluster at the file that I was talking about in the above post. I will try to run Macrium again and report back
