Resolved M. Office 2010 SP1 packages which to D/L and install?

    I want to download and install the Microsoft 2010 office SP1 but I'm not sure if I can just download the first one listed as knowledge base article 2460049.
    Do I need to download any of the rest or are they included in the first one listed?

    Download the SP1 packages from Microsoft Download Center

    All SP1 packages are available for download from Microsoft Download Center. You can download and install the following service packs for each product that you have installed.

    I would assume just the first one. Read what the others are and do you have them?

    Microsoft Update is probably the best option.
