I recently upgraded to IE6 and ever since my computer has been losing system resources every time I am online. If I am on long enought I get the low system resource warning and I have to reboot my computer. Is there something about IE6 that would do this. IE5 never did that.

Many programs you download want to stick their ugly faces into the Startup folder. Every program you run uses System Resources, even if running in background. Do This:

    Start>Run>Msconfig>Startup

    You need Systray and Explorer

Look over the rest and delete what doesn't seem to have a good reason to be there. There may be some items which should be there. Make a note of what you delete so you can restore if necessary.
