I would like my Windows Mail icon back. Not sure where it went.
I usually use WLM but noticed a couple of days ago I don't have the WM icon. I have searched but can't find it.

Right now I'm using a little stand alone app. that works but every time I want WM I have to run this app first.

I'm not sure if it disappeared when I installed WLM.

    Thanks

If you mean the Windows Mail shortcut is missing from the Desktop, another should be on the Start Menu>All Programs.

Once you find it, right click it, point the cursor at "Send to" and in the menu that opens, left click Desktop.

Windows Explorer->Program Files-> I'm not sure of the folder name but you should be able to find it and look inside it. Then do the right click and send to desktop.

    Thanks Steve

No good, I looked through almost every folder. Could not find.

I'll forget about it for now, not that important.

    Thanks again.

If you decide to mess with this again, the file you're looking for is wlmail.exe.

Sorry, misread your original post. Then the file you're looking for is WinMail.exe.
