Windows Vista lost where to go - clean temp files out

need to clean tempary files but connot find where the program is located?

 

Hi try this too, iam sure u can find lots of difference, Try to install a software called CCleaner.
1. Clear temp files, Click start- run and type in %temp% and hit ok, clear the temp box
2. start - run - prefetch - and hit ok, please clear that prefetch folder too.
3. http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ - This is the direct link for CCleaner software.
Clearing temp and prefetch folders will not affect the system, Iam sure it will improve the performance.
