Somehow, I managed to delete the Web View code on my NT machine. (.htt Hyper text templates). Now, I did find some very good advice from Daizy under 98 header, but nothing for NT.

Anybody help this village idiot? I know NT is a dying breeder, but this machine runs so good I cannot part with it...like an old pair of shoes ...

    Missing Web View

    Thanks Daizy,

I see I have maybe explained the problem wrong.

The "view as web page" option is no longer functioning when off the browser and the references all seem to refer to browser fixes, but I did not review all of them.

I guess the notepad file with the .htt code was dropped or corrupted. I am just looking for a copy of the code to reset that file, if that can be done. Nothing fancy like backgrounds etc.

Though I have scripting experience and play with hypertext, I am not a hacker or true systems geek, but can muddle along. A typical or atypical user I am, I am.
