Hello, I am going to try my best to explain this glitch. My uncle has a computer at his Body Shop with special paint software on it. He lets my nephew, his son use this computer to go online and kill time when he hangs around shop. Okay, we turned on the desktop yesterday after shut off all weekend. The first thing that comes up on PC is the login for my nephews "user name" but he can't remember password. Why doesn't the screen come up with "Administrator" and or "Guest" or nephews "User name" screen? It goes right to nephews Username in box on top line then asks for password on bottom line which he can't remember. I tried to make as clear as possible, sorry for any confusion...
    Thanks,
    ~Paul
PS. It has XP Pro on it

Do CTRL ALT DEL twice to get the old fashion login screen. Change the user name to Administrator and any other name...Then type in the password if there is one.
