Resolved Lost or forgotten Password XP 32 Bit

    Close friend has lost or forgotten her password. She is a dear lady with a very ill husband.

    I know this is an old issue, but please help. How does she either clear or recover the P W?

    I have 7 and never had this issue.

    This is a nurse and a wonderful lady.

    If she has the Administrator password, she can login as Administrator & reset her password.
