    Hi Guys and Gals!
Does anyone know a good site for misc. driver downloads? Or even better, the exact site to download the driver for my NIC. It's an LG GoldStream LPNCII-10/100(CardBus) PCMCIA. I use it for older laptops. The driver diskette seems to have vanished from our ofice, and the LG website is all appliances and cr**, no dirvers - nothing. I know that I will never by any PC components by LG again, since their site (lge.com) has nothing on it when you search for drivers, and when I searched for "laptop" as part of a sub-search, it sent me to a page about a fridge. Similar searches returned simialr results - household appliances, but nothing on computers.

Help is urgently required on this, as I know someone is going to come in with a laptop needing it cleaned/backed up/whatever, and I will have to send them away!

And don't think you can cash in on my misfortune - I'm in Africa so I can't be sending them your way! ;)

Look on this page. It says it's a driver for an LPNCII, model BF140871100088.

f it's what you need, when you click on the link, the user name is "drivers," the password is "all" (not giving out any secrets here, the username and password is the same for everybody).

There's an LPNCII listed on this page, too.

    Miz,
Thanx for the links, but I'm not paying $5.00 to the second site, when I can't even read the thing, and the first one doesn't seem to install properly. I did find something=112225&from_ums=1]here tho, that looks like it will do the trick, as it seems to be closer to what I need. Thanx tho, and will keep you informed of any developments

Sorry about that second one. I didn't click on any of the links to see what happened. Hey, for all I know that "5$" is actually only twenty-nine cents, U.S. ;)
