Resolved lost my xp

    hi i had vista on one partition and xp on the other, after upgrading my mob i installed win 7 on the vista partition. now i can see all my files that were on my xp but can't get it running.any help would be appreciated.

    It is a while since I looked into it.

    You want to create a dual (multi) boot, right? You should have been offered the option when you installed Windows 7.

    Go to Disk Management in Win 7. Check (tell us) the information about the Windows XP partition, for example, it needs to be set as Active.

    If you get the XP partition bootable, you could try running a Startup Repair under Windows 7.
