I have been having a problem receiving emails with large attachments (4MB+). They are being passed through our ISP to our Exchange server, but get lost before they reach the client (Outlook 2003).

I have gone through SBS server management and removed all limits I could find for user quotas, but this has not solved the problem.

Typically these attachments are drawing files being sent by customers for pricing, and I have no indication that I have missed something until the customer calls to ask where their price is.

Any suggestions? I also have no idea where to look within Exchange to try to find these messages.

    Thanks

    Tom

How to set size limits for messages in Exchange Server
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322679/en-us

    SUMMARY
This article describes the different kinds of limits that you can set on message size in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server and in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. It also explains how you can set these limits.

Note If you have configured a size limit on either the Send or Receive sizes in global settings, the More Restrictive limit applies to both incoming and outgoing e-mail messages.

    Thank you Steve

I found the Global Settings and increased the limits under Mail Delivery. I'll have to get one of my customers to re-send some of the recently rejected files now to try this out.

However, I could not find the Administrative Groups. Perhaps this is not available under the Small Business Server version of Exchange?
