Lost Hard Drive Space

Hi all,

I bought a new printer today, which I installed successfully. I then noticed that and awful lot of my hard disk space had been taken up (almost 2GB!). I then checked to see how much space my printer drivers etc. had taken up, and this came nowhere near that amount.
I have since reinstalled the printer and restarted the computer several times with no success.
Can anyone suggest what might have happened and how I might recover this space?

it may not be the drivers that are installed, but how about any "added" programs that came bundled in that install cd..........??

notice any programs installed...........?? like maybe Adobe, etc.........??

 

Yes there were other programmes that were installed with it but they total no more than 300mb as well as the drivers.
