Lost ability to right click on desktop

Somehow or other I have lost the ability to right ckick in drop down menues
on the desktop. i.e., right click to put programs in alpa order. Work alright in othe applications, Win Explorer for example.

 

Also check the Start Menu options. Right click the Start button, left click Properties. On the Start Menu tab, click the Customize button. Make sure "Enable dragging and dropping" is checked. If it's not checked, a right click on the Start Menu doesn't work.

 

Thanks broni and Miz for your quick reply. Both reminded me that I had looked at window tweaker from Unblue but decided not to use it. I had kept a copy, I reinstalled it and sure enough I had clicked in two places to "not allow drag and drop" and "don't allow right click on desktop "! Reversed them, restarted and all works fine now. I've uninstalled the program.
