I have a Belkin wireless router which 6 pc's run off.One of them has a linksys wmp54gs pci card and I kept getting booted off the internet on this pc.It says I am "connected to the access point but the internet can't be found. "Even when it says this I get online briefly before getting knocked off.Any ideas on what could be causing this? Should the MAC address that is shown on the link information be the same number as the physical address when i run cmd ipconfig/all? Should these address be the same on all the pc's?
Thanks in advance for any help and or suggestions.

MAC address is unique for each PCs.

What's the model of your Belkin wireless router?

Can you ping from the pc with linksys card to the router ?

    Mac Address

The Mac address is a unique phyical address that is given to the device ( in this case the Belkin wireless card).
Yes it will correspond to the number you see assigned on the cmd ipconfig /all.
To verify you can physically look at the Belkin card.
The Mac number will be stamped on it- usually near the model name and serial number.
First thing to try is to change the channel of the router.
1 and 11 are the two next choices although it may be trial and error . You may have to change the channel from time to time as your neighbour's router channels change or are changed.
Next I would see if your wireless card is installed properly and there are updated drivers available.
