Losing connection when opening Outlook

    Hi

    I am having trouble with connection to Outlook express. When I log on and try to retrieve emails it closes internet connection. I saw previous post on this and went to tools then connections and the box in unchecked to hang up. I have never had a problem before, but for past week this has been happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Try tools>accounts. Double click on your mail connection and on the connections tab uncheck the line that says "always connect to this account using" .
