Looking for a software

Hello! I'm looking for something that can help me with windows file system auditing and it needs to have something for security and compliance too. Something that can alert me when a file has been created or modified.
I already have one in my list but I'm looking for more for comparison.

We use Windows 8.1. I was told to get something like this for file server auditing. Any chance you could recommend me a good one?

Sounds like this is for a company server(s)? If so, and if you have a really good program, your company could roll it's own. Google File Watcher. There is a ton of info out there. Writing the basic file watcher isn't to terrible difficult. The harder part may be writing the program as a Windows Service, if that is what you need.
