when shutting winXP down, there is a pause for about 30 seconds (no HD activity).

wondering if this is common & if there is a fix for this???

    not sure what it was

    i updated nvidia driver

    i modified reg key
    - "WaitToKillServiceTimeout" = 200

and disabled "clear pagefile on shutdown "

so one of those three helped
