    How do I enable/disable "administrator" in logon screen at boot-up

    You can use TweakUI to do it. Run TweakUI and click on "logon" in the list in the left pane.

    If you have XP Pro, and just want to log in as the real Admin occasionally, tap Control Alt Delete twice on the welcome screen at boot. You will need your Admin password.
