    Hey everyone...

I have a problem with my wireless keyboard and mouse...which is a Logitech Wireless Desktop (keyboard M#: Y-RJ20, mouse M#: M-RR63).

I could be moving the mouse then all of a sudden, the cursor will stop and after a second or to, it will continue to move but will jump to and continue to move. Similar to the keyboard...I could be typing and it will stop displaying the keypresses on the screen...and then a second or 2 it will show up.

It seems that it is lagging behind but then catches up. It is a pain.

I have taken the batteries out of the mouse and keyboard for over 1/2 hours, pressed the button on the reciever to reset...then put the batteries (they are new) back into each device, pressed the connect button on the reciever and then on the input devices and still happens.

Has anyone had a similar problem with this product or another product. My wireless keyboard and mouse at home works fine (Microsoft keyboard and mouse).

    Thanks.

    Nick

Say, is the RF reciever to far away from the mouse and keyboard. I had a problem like that with my wireless and then I moved the reciever and the problem was fixed. I hope this helps :)

< 2 feet away by no power devices (speakers, laptop, etc)
