"Login failed"

Hi
Netscape 7, Win 98, cable connection.
All of sudden in the middle of a day, when I click on any folder of my web based Netscape account in my mail agent, I'm getting "Login failed" error.
It just started to happen. No single changes made.
I tried restarting Netscape, and a computer, I checked mail settings, I deleted password from "Password Manager ". Nothing helped.
I'm able to use my mail from Netscape web site, but not from Netscape Mail.
My primary account with Comcast works OK.
Any ideas?

This is exactly how it went. I came back home today, and everything works OK perfectly.
But there is more to this story, and it gave me even more confusion.
Shortly after I posted my problem here, I lost ability to send my e-mail from my primary account with Comcast. So Netscape account was dead, with Comcast, I was able to receive, but not send. I was getting an error, about wrong server settings.
I didn't touch my settings for a long time, but I tried to check them again, and again....nothing.
I tried Outlook Express (grrrrrrrrr), and it had no problem with either receiving, or sending.
That was little bit too much for me, so I installed ver 7.1 over my 7.0, and...problem with my Comcast account dissapeared. No more errors. Netscape account was still dead, but it fixed itself by today.
I wouldn't tell all this story, but lately I'm getting a lot of messages from other people about their ISPs mail server problems (missing mail, huge delays, can't send, or receive, etc.).
I've been just wondering??? Mass hackers/terrorists attack, or what's going on?
