Is there an app that can record what I do generally on the PC ?
producing a log as above, for example.

That would help us a lot to track where we have been and what we have done.
At the moment I write it down in note form on an old fashioned piece of paper - but this is the new age of computing !
Cannot find this sort of thing on the net ...

Just do a google search for "Keylogger ", then search within results with "sort user ". You should find what your looking for. Please "inform user(s) of the computer" this type of software is installed. There can be legal issues in some states if user is unaware of the presence of these types of programs.
