    Hi Jack Help

    My problem appears to be that i dont have enough RAM and that I have to many things opening up at "Log In" (as told to me by the guy from Data Doctors). he says i should have about 5 things at Start Up and of course more RAM. So I thought maybe I could get some help from someone that wasnt trying to sell me something and get an honest answer.

    Problem: Computer has slowed considerably and i receive a "cannot process" button after about ten minutes and then every ten minutes there after.

    Please be patient until one of our trained analysists gets to your log - in the meantime I would advise you that you have two antivirus programs running - AVG and WinAntiVirusPro. Two AV's running will inevitably conflict apart from which WinAntiVirusPro is a highly undesireable program .....
    You will need our specialised help to get rid of this infection.

    In the meantime post how much RAM you have installed (System Properties) and how many processes are running (Task Manager)
