Locking the taskbar (such as in IE6)

    Hi guys,

    Is there any possibility to lock the taskbar and the quicklaunch bar next to the start button (just like in IE 6.0), so it won't resize itself everytime a new prog. stucking itself in there?

    Can it be set by any tweaking prog. or regedit?

    If you shorten the Quick Launch to three viewable icons, it doesn't get any smallerl At least not with me. Hitting the >> doesn't seem to be a problem with me.

    XP allows you to lock the task bar.
