Resolved Locked Out of Computer

So at the Sisters for a wonderful Xmas and the first thing said is can you fix my computer.

Windows 7 upon start up, i loose control of the mouse and key board. But during the normal start up i use safe mode and still loose control. Only have mouse and full keyboard functionality when i start the system recovery.

Please let me know if you have any idea.

 

Reboot the PC with the windows 7 disc in the drive and run Start Up Repair.

Let us know what happens.



What type of keyboard and mouse are you using, if it is wireless check the batteries.

Have you run System Recovery?

 

thanks, i solved the issue using a reboot to last good boot up

 

sorry admin. I apologize. I did solve the problem using the load from the last backup file. thanks for the tips things seem to be going great.
