loading outlook addresses

    I am trying to import some email addresses into outlook. I have them on a CD and when I try to import I dont have the option for outlook email format.

    Can I just copy them to the email folder and if so where???

    What format are the addresses in? (comma separated value, .pst file, etc.) It would be helpful to know what version of Outlook you are using too.

    Were they saved as .csv or what? .csv should import right over. What e-mail program were they in before?
