load needed DLLs for kernel after fresh Windows XP install

    hello all,

    I just reformatted my hard drive, as XP wouldn't load. Now I have reinstalled xp and get the warning: "windows could not start because of an error in the software. please report this problem as: load needed DLLs for kernel. please contace your support person to report this problem." Any ideas, on how I can fix this? Thank you
