load error page

i get redirect loop on firefox home page how do i fix this please??

What is your home page set to?

Does this happen with other websites?

Does IE display this home page ok?

 

firefox i can get on web sites but cant get firefox home page search box

Example, my getting started page is

http://en-gb.www.mozilla.com/en-GB/firefox/central/

Now I don't know if you're in the UK or not but your getting started page is probably different

What website address is causing the problem and does that website appear ok in IE (or any another browser)?

 

let me explain a bit better when i press firefox quick launch i used to get firefox emblem with search box my five year old got on and now all i get is a screen telling me to redirect loop and disabaled cookies and url exceeded

In firefox, click on the tools menu -> Select options then the Main Tab(button)...

What appears in the Home Page text box and in the "When firefox starts" drop down what do you see?
