When I receive forwarded emails with pictures in them, I have trouble forwarding them on to others. A box pops up saying something like that the pictures may not send. They don't. Instead the recipient gets a box with a x in the corner. I'm using Windows Live Mail. Is there some setting I can adjust to correct this?

    Thanks.

Every once in a while, I will have this happen. Must be the way they are sent. I will have to save them, then attach them. Sometimes it doesn't work right as there may be more then 1 picture with something below it pertaining to that picture.

There isn't anything you can do, it's down to the recipient to reduce his/her security level to receive external images in his/her email.

As I posted in another thread no one should be permitted to foist unknown images/code on my system (or your recipients)

    EDIT:

If you actually send the image, it'll likely get through but if you send a link to the image somewhere on the internet most modern mail software (and older ones with security concious users) will automatically block it.

In short Bucksone (perhaps you too MrBill) I'd be more concerned about why your email client allowed you to receive those inline links in the first place.
