links that close really fast

    i have a problem. when i am on a site and there is a link i press on it and it opens and closes real fast. the only thing i see is it open and close. here is an example. when we are on ebay and we press buy it now it pops up and them closes. here is another one when we are on a site and i want to click on a photo it just opens and closes. this is very frustraiting and stupid. thank you for your help.

    i am running pop up no no and windows xp and using msn. i think that what you guys wanted. thanks

    Go to a page with a link you know has closed fast. Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard when clicking the link. If it still closes, try again only hold down the Ctrl key when clicking the link.

    If either of those work, it's the popup blocker that's closing the windows since holding down the Shift or Ctrl key (which one depends on the popup blocking program) bypasses the popup blocker.
