   I sent a link to my brother's windows 7 computer and his gmail address but the link doesn't open. Here it is.

   If I copy and paste it does open a page with a chart. I am using windows xp and sending the link from outlook express 6. Any idea what the problem may be?

   It's possible he has some security software that blocks tinyurl addresses.
