limited user access denied

    I am having a problem with a limited user account. i can get onto the desktop but once it is loaded it I get an error saying "access denied ". I can click on icons and access programs, i only get the error right after the desktop loads. I have deleted the account and then restarted, added the account and I still get the same problem.

    could this possibly be a program that is trying to load that needs administrative Privileges?
