    Hi dnmaleod,

tried your steps but didnt help, one thing i forgot to mention in my thread is when i assign static Ip to the computer it is working fine but on Dynamic it is not, though we have DHCP configured in our environment, i have checked the DHCP services on DHCP server they are all started i even restarted all services on DHCP & on the Local computer DHCP client serivice but no success.

Are you saying that when you manually configure the network adapter as I described in my other answer it connects fine but when you reset it back to dynamic IP it doesn't conenct?

    Hi Don,

yes it connects with Static IP & not with dynamic....

Surprisingly it is working now i dont have any idea though but i think it was because of the DHCP lease period or Because of Switch one of my colleague restarted the switch & the DHCP server & now it is working fine....
but we still dont know the reason why this was happening......

    thanks,
    For your help

Hi everyone i found the cause of this issue it was because the switch or the router which was acting as a DHCP & when we restarted both the issue disappeared.....

Again Thanks for your help guys .........
