I thought "clear inactive" would just remove the "completed" ones from the download pane, but it also got rid of the "queued" and "awaiting sources ".

Then I figured, since there's already a separate "kill download" button, pressing "clear inactive" wouldn't actually cancel the download, it would just remove the filename from the download pane and it would reappear once downloading resumed.

But the next time I started Limewire, it said "loading old downloads" as usual, but none of the cleared ones were on the list. Now I've got a folder full of incomplete files. I tried re-searching for the file names, but they just start over at zero.

This is kind of a waste of time and bandwidth if I can't resume them. Am I missing something?

I just ran Spybot S&D and it found and fixed 24 problems.

Anyway, I wouldn't mind dumping Limewire for something better, but I'd at least like to finish up the dls I've already started.
