Lavasoft scan result problem...

Hello, I'm sorry to post a Lavasoft problem... but their forum closed the topic before I had a chance to try other suggestions given for my problem:

The problem: I installed Ad-Aware 2007 Free Version. On the results showing infected files, when I click on "Quarantine" or "Delete ", neither opens. So I click on the only one that opens: "finish" but it shows no signs of having disposed of the infected files.

Suggestions I followed: Re-installed it several times. Deleted it altogehter and re-downloaded it. Went to Settings and deleted it. And a few other things kindly given me, but nothing seems to work. Never had problems with the previous free version but can't see it on their site...

Would anyone happen to know what else I can do to make these 2 blessed buttons work? Thanks ever so much! Adela

Lets see if it may be a malware problem.

Please post a HJT log and a dss log. If you have a old version of HJT please delete it and run the one from the instructions below.

Please download and install HijackThis and create a log, then a Deckard's System Scanner main.txt log and post them both here. Links and instructions here.
