Launching program before log in

    I have a query about launching program before log in..

    One of my friends asked me is there any possibility to launch any program before logging on to PC if yes then how?

    Another question is can we set a password after boot screen and before login?

    1) Probably not. Most apps need Windows t be running first..

    2) You can set a password in the BIOS Setup.
