Launching IExplorer Browser...

    I was wondering if it is possible to access the internet via another method than clicking on the IExplorer Launch Icon? Currently I am getting no response when I click on the Icon. I am able to navigate the Internet via windows that I had open prior to the problem. I would like to reboot my computer, but am afraid I will not be able to re-connect with the internet. Thank you...
