Resolved Launch Parameter to run application minimized

I'm running a program from within another application but I want the program to run minimized. Along with the browse button to select the program I want to run there is a separate line for "launch parameters ".

Example:
Programs\application\application.exe

What do I add to make the program run minimized?

P.S. Using the Main Program and setting it to run Minimized under the Properties section does not work in this instance.
