I tried to access linuxzoo.net by telnet.

    The steps are:
    1) Type http://www.linuxzoo.net/ and hit 'ENTER'
    2) Login in my account I created.
    3) Click URL telnet: linuxzoo.net

Then a window pops out. Please see the image. I don't what to do next.
I got the same result when I type telnet: linuxzoo.net in url.

    Thanks.

Telnet is a command line program, used in a command prompt. Go to Control Panel > Add-Remove Programs > Add remove Windows components > verify Telnet client is installed and if not, put a check mark next to it & follow the prompts. On XP it may be in the Networking section of the dialog.

Or better yet, download and install Putty. Get this one:
(A Windows installer for everything except PuTTYtel)

You can then use Putty for telnet or much better, ssh.
    telnet commands
    ssh commands
