Word of Caution-One Thing At A Time

As I have said elsewhere here before, I have had Vista Home Premium for almost a year. The earliest Windows Vista updates taught me a lesson. On several occasions, mostly with the early updates, I had to rollback the system to a Restore Point before the updates went in.
So, to say it again, set the Updates to Notify and then select one at a time what is pertinent to you. I don't use Outlook for example. I download and install what I want one at at time, wait a few days and see if everything works the way if did before or better. That way if something disagrees with my pc, I know what I did and what to undo. I still wish Windows would debug, patch and fix the Media Player in Vista. :)
